We are seeking a Country Supervisor Operations who is passionate about leading teams and delivering outstanding retail service. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, supervise employees, and ensure company policies and customer service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor store associates, ensuring a high level of performance.
• Manage cash handling, inventory accuracy, and compliance with store policies.
• Monitor and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Assist in scheduling, reporting, and training initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and operational protocols.
• Act as a liaison between store associates and management.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
