OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Country Supply Chain Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing and optimizing warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain operations, preferably within the retail or travel industry. The successful candidate will report directly to the Country Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, team supervision, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance management.

• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective measures to minimize discrepancies. 

• Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve workflow and storage utilization.

• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.

• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding stock handling, security, and quality control.

• Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse management, including automation and reporting tools. 

• Identify and resolve operational challenges while ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

• Provide training and support to warehouse employees to maintain high productivity and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse facility.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a retail or travel industry setting. 

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. 

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools.

• Ability to analyze data and implement improvements for increased efficiency.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
