We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Clerk to join our team and provide exceptional guest service at our hotel. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and assisting with guest inquiries. Your role is essential in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Uphold hotel policies and ensure a high standard of customer service

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • A friendly and welcoming attitude with a passion for guest service
