Responsibilities:

• Supervise store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff performance.
• Lead and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, displays are attractive, and products are properly priced.
• Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Maintain compliance with airport regulations, security policies, and company standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate store employees to maintain high performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or sales supervision preferred.
