Responsibilities:
Supervise store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Lead and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service.
Ensure shelves are well-stocked, displays are attractive, and products are properly priced.
Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Maintain compliance with airport regulations, security policies, and company standards.
Train, coach, and evaluate store employees to maintain high performance.

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or sales supervision preferred.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
